Ingredients

  • 2 tsp. chia seeds
  • pinch salt
  • 1 to 2 tsp. pure maple syrup
  • ½ to ¾ cup milk (we use almond, cashew, oat, or coconut)
  • ¼ to ½ banana, diced
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • ½ to 1 Tbsp. shredded coconut (I like unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp. mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs
  • Optional: crushed peanuts or a sprinkle of extra chocolate chips or cacao nibs, to serve.
