Butter Lane - Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients
  • ½ lb butter
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 oz melted bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 splash of vanilla extract
Steps
  1. Combine butter and cream cheese in mixing bowl and mix on a medium speed for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted chocolate and mix for one more minute.
  3. While mixing in at a low speed, add sugar.
  4. Once combined, add a splash of vanilla extract and mix on a medium to high speed for 3 minutes, or until smooth and fully combined.
