  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • 3 to 4 oz. smoked salmon, broken apart into small chunks
  • 2 to 4 oz. crumbled feta or shredded cheese of choice (optional)
