  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 ounces Chinese Noodles or lo mein noodles
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 medium carrots peeled and cut into matchsticks
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced into thin strips
  • I ½ cups shredded green cabbage or napa cabbage
  • 4 green onions sliced thin
