Ingredients
  • 1 (3 to 4-pound) beef chuck or rump roast

  • 1 ¼ cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 (10.5-ounce) can French onion soup
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 (12-ounce) can light beer, such as Coors Light®
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 French rolls, split, can substitute 2 to 3 baguettes, cut into 6-inch rolls and split
  • 8 tablespoons butter
