Vegan red lobster chocolate wave cake
Ingredients

  • ¼ cup canola oil or grapeseed oil
  • ½ tablespoons of coffee liqueur
  • ½ cup of vegan chocolate chips, finely chopped
  • 8 ounces of vegan chocolate, coarsely grated
  • 3 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil or grapeseed oil
  • ¼ cup strong coffee
  • 3 cups of all-purpose flour plus 2 tablespoons
  • 5 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • One teaspoon salt plus ¾ teaspoon for sprinkling on top of the cake batter.
