  • 2 cups frozen cubed butternut squash (optional ½ cooked potato of any kind)
  • 2 tbsp tahini (I used 1 teaspoon)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 to 2 tsp ACV
  • ¼ cup plant milk
  • pinch of turmeric for color
