One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Pasta
Ingredients
  • 450 to 680 grams 1 to 1.5 pounds of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 medium yellow onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic minced
  • 450 grams 1 pound of dried pasta (rigatoni or similar)
  • 680 grams 1.5 pounds of your favorite marinara sauce
  • Same amount of water as the marinara sauce
  • 225 grams ½ pound of mozzarella cheese
  • 115 grams ¼ pound of parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra Italian seasoning optional
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish optional
