  • 1 tsp rosemary, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp thyme (fresh or dried)
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 3 cups broth (vegetable or chicken)
  • 1 parmesan rind (optional)
  • ½ cup parmesan, grated
