Ingredients
  • 2 C. Green Onions, thinly sliced
  • ½ tsp. minced Garlic
  • ¾ C. Parsley, fresh, lightly packed
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • ⅓ C. Mayonnaise
  • ¼ C. Basil, fresh, lightly packed
  • 2 fillets Anchovy fillets, mashed to a paste
  • 150 g Chobani Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • S&P to taste
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, smaller blender or the cup of an immersion blender (also works in a standard blender).
  2. Blend to combine.
  3. Taste and add another pinch of salt if necessary.
  4. Transfer to an airtight container; the dressing stores in the refrigerator for 1 week.
