Ingredients
- 2 C. Green Onions, thinly sliced
- ½ tsp. minced Garlic
- ¾ C. Parsley, fresh, lightly packed
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- ⅓ C. Mayonnaise
- ¼ C. Basil, fresh, lightly packed
- 2 fillets Anchovy fillets, mashed to a paste
- 150 g Chobani Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- S&P to taste
Steps
- Place all ingredients in a food processor, smaller blender or the cup of an immersion blender (also works in a standard blender).
- Blend to combine.
- Taste and add another pinch of salt if necessary.
- Transfer to an airtight container; the dressing stores in the refrigerator for 1 week.
