Baked Whole Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
  • 1 small to medium cauliflower
  • subheading: Marinade:
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1.5 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp ground sage
  • 2.5 tbsp soy sauce, divided (use tamari if gluten-free), or coconut aminos
  • 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1.5 tsp coriander (or a mix of coriander and cumin)
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
  • ¾ tsp cardamom
  • additional optional flavor add ins: ¼ tsp ground cloves, ¼ tsp celery seed, ¼ tsp rosemary
  • subheading: sides, optional:
  • 6 to 8 small potatoes (sliced into halves)
  • 18 to 10 small carrots
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • ⅓ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp oil
