  • 1 (3 oz.) package of sun dried tomatoes*
  • ½ cup kalamata olives, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) Daiya mozzarella shreds**
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs  (optional)
  • ½ cup of vegan Parmesan  (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
