  • 1 ½ Tbs. peeled and minced fresh ginger
  • ⅛ tsp. kosher salt
  • 1 cup (7 oz./220 g) uncooked brown basmati or jasmine rice
  • 2 tsp. gluten-free tamari
  • Chopped green onions, white and light green portions, for garnish
