  • 6 slices turkey bacon / bacon medallions diced
  • 5 spray calorie controlled oil

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese (225g)
  • 1 cups fat free / reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese (110g)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
