Mustardy Roast Beef Lettuce Wraps
Preparation time: 2 minutes -Total time 2 minutes
Ingredients
  • 4 ounces nitrate-free sliced roast beef
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 5 to 6 red onion slices
  • Lettuce leaves
Steps
  1. Arrange the slices of beef in the lettuce leaves (probably 2 leaves) and spread the mustard over the meat. Scatter the onions over the beef and gently fold the lettuce around the filling to cup it. Eat immediately.
  2. TIP: I love this with turkey and pickles too!
