Kebab or chicken wings marinade Sauce. Salty, mildly sweet and sticky

Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil
- ¼ cup soy sauce substitute soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- ¾ teaspoons ground ginger (optional)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ½ teaspoons finely chopped green onion (Shallots)
Steps
- Combine oil, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ground ginger, garlic powder, and chopped green onion in a large shallow dish.
- Add between 0.7kg - 1.5kg meat cubes (not included in calories) ; turn until the meat is coated.
- Pop in fridge to marinate for at least 4 hours, turning several times
- Remove meat from marinade and drain.
- Reserve marinade for basting.
- Thread three meat cubes onto each 6-inch skewer.
- Place meat close together for rare; separate cubes slightly for well done.
- Grill kebabs on bbq, turning often for even browning
- Baste frequently with marinade.
- Grill between 10 to 20 minutes, or until meat is done the way you like it.
- Apologise to hubby who has to clean the BBQ for next time.
