Peach and Serrano Pepper Salad with Burrata
Ingredients
  • 2 large ripe peaches, sliced (make sure they are soft to the touch, but still firm enough to slice)
  • 8 ounces burrata
  • 1 to 2 serrano peppers, thinly sliced
  • smoked sea salt to taste
  • fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • fresh herbs (basil, mint and thyme are all great)
