Cabbage, Noodle ,Sweet Sausage Dish

1 lb. of lose sweet Italian Sausage.. crumble and fry until just done..

(like you do hamburger for a sauce.links can be cut open ,broken up really well, to fry.)

.....if there is .too much grease.spoon meat out of the skillet with a slotted spoon or turner

1 large head of cabbage.,cut in two pieces. ..shredding it..in thinish slices . ( not chopped)

..melted one stick (½ c butter,(margerine)in skillet ,,,add ½ of the shredded cabbage head.

...do the same with another skillet.. ...and cook these down.. until the cabbage is tender, stir and turn ...often.

1 large sweet onion... sliced/shredded like the cabbage .
