Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Steps
  1. Sift the dry ingredients.
  2. In separate bowl, whisk oil and egg. Then add milk and vanilla.
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
  4. Do not over mix.

  • 230 grams milk 1 cup
  • 1 cup flour 120 grams
  • 1 large egg 50 grams
  • 1 tablespoon sugar 12.5 grams
  • 1 tsp vanilla 4.2 gram
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 27.25 grams
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder 4.79 grams
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda 2.4 grams
  • ¼ teaspoon salt 1.5 grams
  • TOTAL: 452.64 grams = 864.5 calories
  • 12 x 72 calories = 864.5 calories
