  • ¾ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons ( 40 g) unsalted butter cold, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 cup ( 240 ml) chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
