Candy’s noodles

  1. Sure, it's super easy.   1 egg, ½ tsp salt, 1cup flour, 2T milk.   I make mine 3 eggs at a time so triple this.   Mix good and then roll out pretty thin.  If you are tripling, roll ⅓ dough at a time.  I roll mine using rolling pin, turn again roll, etc.  Keep your dough flowered and your surface floured.   I cut the flattened  piece in half, roll it up, slice noodles.   Bounce them around in your hands to get them to come out of the little sliced piece.  Spread on flowered surface and let dry.   I take my hands and flip mine numerous times while drying and you may need to sprinkle  little flour periodically.   Just don't let them stick together.  Once dried (about 12 hours) you can bag them and freeze til using.  Then boil themYou will need lots chicken broth and watch the stove as they can scorch pretty  quickly.
