Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons powdered chicken flavor base (or bouillon granules)
  • ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon onion powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • pinch to ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (reduce or omit if using a salty bouillon)
  • ¼ cup chopped freeze dried chicken
  • 1 tablespoon freeze dried scallions (spring onions)
  • 2 tablespoons freeze dried peas (may substitute or add other freeze dried vegetables like carrots or mushrooms)
  • ½ cup fine noodles (use pasta that normally cooks on stovetop in 4 min. or less--thin rice or egg noodles, ramen noodles, broken angel hair pasta, or quick-cooking artisan pasta)*
  • 1-¾ cups boiling water
