Ottolenghi's Carrots in Yogurt Sauce
Ingredients
  • 2 lb. carrots, cut into thick "sticks"
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • salt, black pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup Greek style yogurt
  • ¼ cup crème fraîche
  • juice of ½ a lemon (my addition)
  • ¼ cup dill, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro, roughly chopped
