  • 1 yellow onion, diced

  • 1 15-oz can of fire-roasted tomatoes

  • 4 cups veggie broth

  • 1 ½ cups cooked black beans (or 1 can rinsed and drained)
  • 1 ½ cups cooked red kidney beans (or 1 can rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can of hominy, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 1 small can of green chiles
  • 1 T. cumin powder
  • 1 t. coriander powder
  • 1 t. liquid smoke
  • 1 t. salt
  • ½ t. chili powder
