  • 1 ½ cups mint leaves, lightly packed
  • Zest of 1 Meyer lemon
  • 6 tablespoons Meyer lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Kosher salt + freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Aleppo pepper powder to garnish
  • Hummus (either homemade or storebought)
