Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground pork
- ½ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup sliced scallions
- 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
- 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cholula Green Pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon oil for frying
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine pork, cilantro, scallions, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, sugar, Cholula Green Pepper, salt, and pepper. Gently mix.
- Shape into small meatballs.
- Pan fry the meatballs in oil on medium high heat for 8 to 10 minutes, browning on all sides. Set aside and rest.
- In a small bowl, stir together the mayo, Cholula Original, and sweet chili sauce.
- Serve the meatballs with the sauce, garnish with scallions, cilantro, and optional jalapeño.
