Sheet Pan Sausage, Veggies, & Smashed Potatoes
Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds small golden potatoes
  • Fine sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
  • 13 ounces Hardwood smoked sausage (I use turkey sausage as a healthier alternative), coined
  • 2 crowns fresh broccoli, coarsely chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons EACH: dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley, garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon EACH: onion powder, dried thyme
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 3 and ½ tablespoons olive oil, separated
  • ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
