  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 28-oz can diced fired roasted tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • ½ to 1 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sea or kosher salt
  • 3 tbsp fresh chopped basil
  • subheading: Cauliflower Puree:
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 c chicken broth
  • ½ tsp sea or kosher salt, plus more to taste
  • ¼ to ½ c shredded parmesan cheeese
