Slow Cooker Beef stroganoff
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs beef stew meat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ can of water or milk
  • 1 envelope lipton beefy onion soup
  • 3 to 4 t minced garlic
  • 2 T Worcheshire sauce
  • ½ onion, sliced thin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • Cooked noodles
Steps
  1. In the slow cooker, mix mushroom soup, water or milk (½ of soup can), lipton soup mix, garlic, Worcheshire sauce, and salt and pepper. Turn slow cooker to low and add meat and onions and mix it all together. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender. When meat is tender, start cooking noodles, cut up cream cheese into cubes, and add cream cheese and sour cream to the meat mixture. Serve over noodles.
