Ingredients
- 175g gluten free flour
- 1 tsp cream of tarter
- ½ Teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ Teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter
- ¾ Cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Steps
- Oven to 400 degrees
- Whisk flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt together.
- Cream butter and sugar, 1 to 2 minutes. Add eggs combine about 30 seconds
- Add dry ingredients and beat just until combined.
- Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll dough into balls, roll in sugar mixture.
- Bake 9 to 11 minutes.
