Snickerdoodles
Ingredients
  • 175g gluten free flour
  • 1 tsp cream of tarter
  • ½ Teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ Teaspoon salt
  • 1 stick butter
  • ¾ Cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
Steps
  1. Oven to 400 degrees
  2. Whisk flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt together.
  3. Cream butter and sugar, 1 to 2 minutes. Add eggs combine about 30 seconds
  4. Add dry ingredients and beat just until combined.
  5. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll dough into balls, roll in sugar mixture.
  7. Bake 9 to 11 minutes.
