1 10 oz diced tomatoes with green chili I use Rotel Original or use 14 oz diced tomatoes

1 14 oz black beans

2 teaspoons paprika

2 teaspoons ground cumin

salt & pepper to taste or use 1 teaspoon sea salt + ¼ teaspoon black pepper

4 flour tortillas

1 cup mozzarella cheese grated

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
