Healthy Creamy Pasta Salad
Ingredients
  • 1 lb. curly-shaped pasta (such as fusilli or gemelli)
  • 1 lb. cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup frozen/thawed green peas
  • ½ cup finely chopped red onion
  • ½ cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 (3 to 4 oz.) can sliced black olives
  • 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives
  • 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise or full-fat Greek yogurt (I use avocado oil mayo)
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest, plus 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
