Air fried heo quay
Ingredients
  • Season 2 to 3 lbs pork belly with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp 5-spice powder, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp hoisin sauce, 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp pepper & fermented tofu and rice cooking wine.
Steps
  1. On the instant pot, HP 15 mins, 5 mins NR. Let it dry at least 1 to 2 hour. Poke skin with fork/steak knife every 5 mins & patting it with a clean paper towel each time. Sprinkle some salt and vinegar on the skin right before air frying it! Air Fryer 400 to 425F for 20 to 25 mins or until the skin is crispy to your liking.
