Rice with Grape Leaves Lisa Panelim
Ingredients
  • 2 Prepare Persian or basmati rice separately.
  • Again, I really recommend basmati, it is the least gluten-free, digests faster and releases little sugar compared to white rice.
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 3 cups of water
  • A flat teaspoon of salt
