Ingredients
  • subheading: Salad:
  • ½ head Napa cabbage, shredded
  • ½ head iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 3 green onions, sliced on the bias
  • ¼ C. toasted peanuts, chopped
  • ¼ C cilantro, chopped
  • ½ package ramen noodles, crushed
  • ½ C cooked chicken, chopped
  • subheading: Dressing:
  • 1 T dry mustard
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 t soy sauce
  • 1 T sesame oil
  • ¼ C salad oil
  • 3 T natural rice vinegar
Steps
  1. Toss salad ingredients together in large bowl.
  2. Pour all dressing ingredients in pint glass jar, close lid and shake well.
  3. Toss dressing with salad just before serving.
