No-Bake Cranberry Cheesecake Bars
Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 boxes (about 16 ounces) gluten-free graham crackers
  • 12 tablespoons ( 1 ½ sticks) grass-fed butter, softened and cut into ½ inch chunks

  • 11.25 ounces dairy-free condensed milk
  • 2, 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened (use an equal amount of  Kite Hill for dairy free)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (about 1 small lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
