Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries or mixed berries
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice or 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 to 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice, such as maple syrup or agave; or sub stevia or monk fruit and adjust amount as needed
- 1 large handful of spinach or other raw green
