  • 2 tsp aluminum-free baking powder
  • 3 egg (s)
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp orange extract (or grated orange rind,optional)
  • ½ cup THM Gentle Sweet (½ cup plus 2 Tablespoons of THM Gentle Sweet or ¼ cup THM Super Sweet Blend)
  • 1 dash mineral salt

  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil (melted, or more butter)
  • 1 Tbsp orange rind (grated or sliced)
  • ¼ cup THM Gentle Sweet (¼ to ⅓ cup of THM Gentle Sweet depending on the sweet tooth or 2 Tbsp THM Super Sweet Blend)
