Pumpkin Chili
Ingredients
  • 2 cup chopped frozen bell pepper
  • 1 cup small diced roasted pumpkin
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 15 oz can diced no salt tomatoes
  • 2 15 oz can reduced salt black beans
  • 2 8 oz can sliced mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 roasted jalapeno, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 2 tbs chili powder mix
  • 1 tbs cumin
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp ground cloves
  •  
Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in slow cooker
  2. Cook on high 4 hours
  3. Add water if needed and cook on low 8 more hours
  4. Add salt to taste
