  • 1 ( 1-inch) piece peeled fresh ginger, minced

  • ¼ cup white sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup black sesame seeds
  • ⅓ cup sliced almonds
  • 2 scallions, white and light green parts only, thinly sliced on a bias
