This recipe shows us how we do Not need to buy expensive chemical laden dips from stores. We can even prepare our own chickpeas in bulk and keep small amounts of them in small bags in our freezer and use them when required, hey? This is an excellent Dip!
Ingredients
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 ½ tablespoons oil OR more water
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt, or more to taste (I like 1 ¼ teaspoons)
  • optional ¼ cup nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor
