Chicken and Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients
  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts cubed
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups green beans trimmed and cut in 1 in. pieces
  • ¼ cup chicken broth low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • scallions and brown rice - to serve optional
