Ingredients
- Slices of fresh ginger
- Ruby red grapefruit section (peeled..just the meat)
- 1 oz grapefruit liqueur OR some simple syrup and an extra grapefruit section
- 1.5 oz grapefruit vodka
- splash of champagne
Steps
- Muddle the ginger and grapefruit. Add ice, liqueur and vodka. Shake well. Strain into martini glass. Add splash of champagne. garnish with grapefruit wedge.
