Ingredients
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano (or 2 tbsp chopped fresh)
  • 4 tsp minced garlic (8 cloves)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
Steps
  1. Mix oil and spices in a bowl or on a plate.
  2. Put chicken in bowl and turn to coat. (Or dredge on a plate.)
  3. Broil about 6" from heat 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Or air fry at 400° for 16 minutes or until 165°.
