1 tablespoon mixed spice

1 tablespoon vinegar

1 tablespoon marmalade

subheading: Add once cooled:

1 tin condensed milk

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp baking soda

2 ½ cups plain flour

1 Tbs sherry, rum or whisky
