  • 3 oz chicken breast (s) (up to 6 oz) (cut into bite sized pieces)
  • coconut oil spray
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil (or 1 Tbsp butter)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • ¼ red bell pepper (s) (sliced) (or broccoli)
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend
  • ⅛ jalapeño pepper (s) (red) (more if you like heat)
  • ⅓ cup water (or chicken broth)
  • ⅛ tsp THM Glucomannan ("gluccie")
  • ¼ tsp mineral salt
  • 1 Tbsp mayonnaise (or 1 Tbsp plain 0% Greek yogurt)
  • dash Sriracha sauce (optional)
  • 7 oz Trim Healthy Noodles (rinsed, drained, 1-single serve package) (or cooked Troodles, pg 222)
