Rosemary Garlic Grilled Lamb Chops
“And while there is absolutely nothing wrong with simply seasoning the lamb with salt and pepper, isn’t it nice to make a little extra effort sometimes and do something different? Especially if you’re using a better value cut of lamb like Lamb Loin Chops.” Added 5-5-2024

SK Note 5-5-2024: I used the marinade as a guide, minus the vinegar
Ingredients
  • 600 to 800 g / 1.2 to 1.6lb lamb chops (4 to 8, depending on size)
  • Oil , for cooking, if required
  • subheading: MARINADE:
  • 2 ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 3 garlic cloves , minced
  • 1 ¼ tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary (or 1 tsp dried rosemary)
  • ½ tsp dried thyme
  • ¾ to 1 tsp sea salt
  • Black pepper
