**Note by BC: I prepare this salad raw, premix cauliflower florets with salt and let it marinate while preparing other ingredients. Other changes: I add 1/2 tbsp of Madras curry for punch and I don’t mix avocado with the dressing, just add it to the salad ingredients. Great recipe!
Ingredients
  • subheading: For the Salad:
  • 1 Cauliflower, broken into small florets
  • 2 small red onion, sliced
  • ½ cup sultanas
  • ½ cup toasted, shaved almonds
  • large handful of chopped coriander
  • subheading: For the Dressing:
  • 4 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • Juice and zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ¼ large avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp. raw honey
  • pinch himalayan sea salt
