  • 14.5 ounces low sodium diced tomatoes canned, lightly drained
  • ¾ cup pearl barley
  • 2 ½ cups cooked chicken
  • 2 bay leaves
  •  
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

  • 2 to 3 tablespoons fresh dill
