Cheesy Rice Bake

2 beef sausages thinly sliced (you could al;so use Pork & fennel sausages or any other meat-based sausage)

15 prawns medium peeled

4 garlic cloves crushed

2 tbs butter

1 onion chopped

100 ml milk

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1 cup mozzarella

300 g rice cooked

1 bunch of broccoli boiled cut into pieces drained

1 pinch salt *to taste

1 pinch pepper *to taste
